Job Description: We are seeking a skilled laborer with experience in wood deck and fence construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working with minimal to no supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with construction and installation of decks and fences
Assist with landscape projects as needed
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project timelines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Proven experience in wood deck and fence construction (preferred)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials
