Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. Duties
Execute tasks involving manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and fixtures.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the job.
Experience
Previous experience in excavation, construction, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks as required by the job.
