Duraglaze is hiring a full-time Entry-Level Pool Renovation Technician to join our Sydney-based construction team.
This is a permanent role suited to individuals with some trade experience who want to build a long-term career in construction and pool renovation.
We provide full training and structured progression into skilled technician roles.

About the Role
As an Entry-Level Construction Technician, you will:
Assist experienced technicians on residential pool renovation projects
Learn preparation and waterproofing systems
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organisation
Handle tools and materials correctly
Follow structured procedures and site standards
No pool experience required. Previous construction or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential.

Training and foundation role
Level 2 – Preparation & Waterproof Technician
