We are a Canadian distributor of medical aesthetic products that offers our team members a truly entrepreneurial experience. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Nugen-rx proudly provides the aesthetic industry with innovative on-going education, aesthetic equipment, and topical skincare back by science.
We are currently looking for Business Development Consultants to join our team.
We are looking for candidates who want to make a career in the Aesthetics Industry and have the desire to be part of an entrepreneurial team.

Are you the sort of person that thrives on an exciting environment of opening new accounts? Can you identify and research appropriate prospects? Do you have the drive to help your clients grow their businesses?
2. YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO JUGGLE.
Are you adaptable? Can you juggle multiple tasks while meeting established forecasts? You will be the customer consultant expected to handle post-sales support, customer product training, as well as be a business consultant to your accounts. They will look to you to support the ongoing growth of their business with our products.
3. YOU NEED TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS GROW.
Getting the first order is step 1. Do you have ideas to help your customers grow? As a Business Development Consultant for Nugen-rx, your customers expect you to help them grow their business. It’s your actionable ideas that will help you and your customers grow. Product sell-through is top priority. As a Business Development Consultant working closely with, and brainstorming with, your clients is part of the excitement of the job.
4. YOU NEED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE.
You will have clearly defined objectives and will be accountable for established monthly/quarterly targets. When achieved, success is measured in commission which is untapped!
5. YOU NEED TO BE COMPETITIVE.
Do you thrive on meeting goals, and comparing successes? Your prospecting skills will serve you well in achieving the required new account opening each quarter.
6. YOU NEED TO BE ORGANIZED?
Your ability to analyze your business needs and route yourself accordingly will be crucial to keeping our physicians, high end spas and licensed skincare facilities happy.
This role also offers the exciting ability to travel outside of your territory, including trade shows and medical conferences that are required to support your growth.
We offer an exceptional compensation and benefits package. The competitive base salary plus a NO-CAP attractive commission structure.
We offer monthly car allowance and extended health benefit plan.
The position is open for BC, Alberta, and Ontario. You must reside within the territory and hold a “G” class license. Your strong ability to prospect and focus on opening new accounts will lead to your success.
