Summary: Lakme Academy Powered by Aptech is an academy that teaches Beauty courses that includes Hair, Skin, Makeup. We are looking for an experienced faculty/trainers for the academy. The Trainers are required to teach the students on various latest Hair, skin, nail and makeup techniques, using theory and practical sessions according to the syllabus specified by Lakmé Academy.
Skills: Min 2-5 years' experience is must in Salon/Spa/Skin clinic/Beauty Academies as a skin trainer or cosmetologist. Must have Experience in the Beauty & Wellness industry, salon, spa's, cosmetology school/ beauty academies. Knowledge or certification in Nail Art will be given preference. Any certification such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC or any Lakme academy would be an added advantage.
Teaching skills: You will teach students practical skills related to beauty/skin. you will also teach students about the various products, equipment and tools used in the treatments. You will assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and achieve their goals.
Guidance and support: You will provide guidance and support to students, answering their questions and addressing their concerns. You will also provide career advice and help students prepare for job interviews.
Collaborating with colleagues: You will work collaboratively with other faculty members, administrative staff, and industry professionals to provide a high-quality.
