Job Requirements:
• Must have experience in IT Recruitment
• Good knowledge in technologies.
• Only (Female Candidates).
Job Responsibilities:
• Good hands on IT recruitment with good understanding on technical skills.
• The Recruiter will be responsible for guiding a team, dedicated to the management of the end-to-end recruitment activity. This will include the ownership and facilitation of all recruitment activity, within the aligned portfolio. Managed Entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, post offer, follow up
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Pre-screen candidates and check and their technical competency before presenting them to the account managers for submission.
• Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
