Job Description
Ensure the Slitting machine utilization, reduce machine idle time and ensuring wastage under specific norm.
- Follow the Slitting production plan and job specification while operating the machine.
- Demonstrate ability to observe and adjust machine set-up and operations to eliminate production of defective products.
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of printed products to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Proper labeling and information on semi-finished products and non-conformances in Slitting department.
- Report and inform any abnormality to Slitting production in Charge immediately.
- To ensure visual inspection of all the Slitting material handled in productions.
- Always endure machine cleanliness and good Housekeeping in Slitting department.
- Maintain all documents and records as per policies and procedures.
- Monitoring of CCP’s & OPRPs of Slitting machine.
- Segregation of Non-conforming product in Slitting process.
