What You'll be Up To: Maintain positive Sailor relations at all times
Responsible for the upkeep and security of all slot and video arcade machines, supplementary Casino equipment, funds contained therein and their associated systems in order to provide service maintenance in accordance with company policies and procedure
Assists with all slot configurations, conversions and installations as needed
Responsible for maintenance and fault finding on existing equipment and carries out any repairs required
Assists in the collection of machine bill stackers during slot revenue counts, arranges and carries out coin drop counts in accordance with company accounting procedures
Constantly observes and monitors the slot operation to spot and prevent theft and/or embezzlement
Meet and greet all Sailors in and around the Slot Machine area
Be familiar with all cruise services/features and activations to respond to Sailor inquiries accurately
Gathers analytical data from gaming machines as required by the Slot Manager
Extend courteous salutations when guests leave outlet an invite them to return
Communicates any potential loss to Slot Manager on board
Refers any disputes or disagreements within their area to the Slot Manager and seeks to resolve
Partakes in inspections, trainings and meetings as required by Head of Department
Ensures that the set standards are kept and staff members work according to their respective job descriptions
Adheres to all health, safety, security and environmental policies and procedures
