Designation:-Sales Manager -Mortgage
Location:-Jaipur
Education: Any Graduate/Professional Degree
Experience : Minimum 6 to 15 years of relevant experience .
Salary Bracket : Hike on your ctc as per industry's norms .
Responsibilities:
Handling Sales Team of the said location.
Earlier experience in Mortgage and Lap would be an added advantage.
Achieving Mortgage and Lap targets by making the team productive in all aspects of business.
Conducting Training, mentoring the Relationship Managers, CBE and branch staff
Responsibility includes maintaining good relationships with Retail customers, builders, associations, nodal agencies and government bodies to generate business in line with the banks requirement.
Cross selling all other retail banking products and insurance
Meeting builders/associations for tie ups for housing loans and mortgage loans
