• Fresh Merchant Sourcing: Sourcing NTB and Competition merchant from the branch Vicinity.
• Working closely with Branch RM / PB / ABM / CARM for new Acquisition B.
• Channel Engagement: Training Retail Branch Banking staff on ME products and Features to simplify the process to on board merchants.
• Updating Retail Branch Banking Channel over the Performance vs Achievement for ME business periodically.
• Regular meetings with branches on strategy on New Acquisition Information sharing, discussing related MIS/ Information, to be planned and reviewed through the tool of COGENT Cross sell of lending and asset products of the bank.
• Close interaction with different verticals of the bank to achieve the goals.

• Team Management and Productivity: Managing productivity of the Off-roles sales team.
• Responsible for managing and growing the profitability of the portfolio along with POS Volumes for the merchant sourced in the financial year (new book only) New Acquisition: Acquire new business.
• Annual target of 900 to 1200 merchants Ensure to drive key central and regional strategies through the team.
• Ensure adequate manpower availability within the region for wider & deeper geography penetration.
• D.
• Product Enhancement & Cross Sell: Drive penetration of digital products like MPOS, Digi POS, PayZapp for Business etc.
• Cross sell of different bank products ie LAP, Auto Loan, CV, BL, EEG, BBG.
• Ensure merchants who does not agree for a Current Account with, collaborate with us through the route of Savings Accounts with a limit capping of 1 lac .
• Penetration on 10 Million Objective from Digital route especially through multiple Payments acceptance mode of SmartHub ME App, which forms the Core Cross Sell objective.
