Build professional relationships with Business Partners
Manage direct banking/proprietary lending and product requests for small business customers
Perform credit analysis and approve lending requests within your authority
Provide holistic business solutions to your portfolio of clients and those newly introduced
Manage customer portfolio risk and compliance
Work as part of a local banking team supporting local business customers
Autonomously manage your operating rhythm to optimise effectiveness
