Job Overview
As a Small Business Point-of-Sale Product Lead at U.S. Bank, you will champion a customer-centric approach to drive product visioning, planning, and development. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our human + digital product strategy, staying ahead of economic, technological, and customer trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business data using various techniques to fulfill needs and requirements.
• Create connections across U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategies to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
• Define product outcomes and establish clear objectives (OKRs) to prioritize features and facilitate product discovery, design, development, and delivery.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, leveraging OKRs to manage the product roadmap while collaborating with agile, design, technology, and risk partners.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in product management.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Proven track record in digital acquisition and improving conversion rates.
• Expertise in technologies that enhance new customer applications.
• Understanding of the small business point-of-sale market.
• Ability to foresee market dynamics and internal/external customer needs to provide added value.
• Skills in planning and designing solutions that align resources and achieve business results using key metrics and design methodologies.
• Strong commitment to customer experience, ensuring a positive interaction with products and services at all touchpoints.
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of software products, including their design, configuration, and integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and risk management practices.
• Additional preferred skills: product PnL management, product strategy, customer experience research, channel alignment, and performance optimization.

The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, combining in-office presence with remote work options, necessitating at least three in-office days per week.
