Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on go karts and other equipment
· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with go karts and determine the best course of action for repairs.
· Fabricate and install parts as needed, including welding and cutting metal.
· Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance work performed on each go kart.
· Keep the workshop and tools clean and organized, and maintain an inventory of parts and supplies.
· Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Formal training in automotive mechanics or related field is preferred.
· At least 2 years of experience working with small engines.
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
· Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
· Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
