We manufacturer our MyAir & MyPlaceIQ smart Air-conditioning controls right here in Australia and provide technical support and warranty as part of our service to our dealer network.
For the service technician role, we have all the training you need in-house, no prior A/C or trade experience is required. You’ll need to be ready to join a team of like-minded high achievers, where no two days are ever the same.

What the role looks like:
We have a thorough onsite training program to get a great understanding of our operation, product and have fun along the way.
Provide outstanding customer service and learn key business skills.
Solving problems and resolving issues onsite and on the phone for our customers.
Working within a high performing team with a winner’s attitude.
Go to person for all things tech related.
Work alongside a supportive team.
Leadership and development training.
Undertaking new product installations.
Helping sell smart add-ons and upgrades to customers with existing systems.
Being a part of the manufacturing and assembly process.
Providing handover services to customers with new systems.
Company car will be provided for travel once probation is passed.
