Join our dynamic team as an Underwriting & Placement Executive, where you’ll be responsible for evaluating risks, suggesting appropriate insurance covers, handling quote preparations, and negotiating with insurers to ensure competitive terms.
???? What You’ll Do:
✔️ Assess risk and recommend suitable policies
✔️ Prepare broking slips and negotiate with insurers
✔️ Handle both pre- and post-placement servicing
✔️ Conduct risk gap analysis and prepare portfolio review reports
✔️ Ensure quality checks post policy issuance
???? What You’ll Need:
✅ 3+ years of experience in underwriting (broking background preferred)
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
✅ Knowledge of Property, Marine, Engineering & Employee Benefit insurance
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
