Assuming a mock Solution consists of single Tree asset, prototype a CD pipeline with Argo, Flux, Spinnaker, Helm charts, etc, that would deploy the “Solution”. Collaborating with the team, demonstrate how multi-tenancy, deployment strategies, and other requirements would be addressed by these approaches. Utilizing their prior experience, help assess and compare the findings Participate in the development of templates and scripts that would drive the automation Update and further enhance the CD pipeline functionality and help with code generation as the Composition/Solution team develops their capability. Help adapt and evolve the deployment pipelines to generalize and address growing complexities. Keep the deployment strategy up-to-date with latest Kubernetes trends, look for opportunities to streamline, for example developing a Kubernetes Operator.
Skills required:
Kubernetes: deep understanding of concepts, architecture, and components
Deployment Strategies: rolling, blue-green, canary, ring-based
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Tekton, Argo, Flux, or Spinnaker.
Infrastructure as Code: Helm, Terraform, etc
Languages: Go preferred, or Java, Python
Overall experience: 5+ years
