Job description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a remote freelance Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Physical Education to support content and curriculum development for K–12 students under the ICSE/ISC board. The SME will be responsible for designing lesson plans, assessments, and engaging activity-based resources aligned with CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop curriculum-aligned Physical Education content for grades K–12 under the ICSE/ISC board.

Create comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids.

Ensure age-appropriate and pedagogically sound content aligned with CISCE guidelines.

Review and improve existing Physical Education content when required.

Collaborate with the editorial and academic teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed or an equivalent qualification in Physical Education.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in ICSE/ISC-affiliated schools.

In-depth understanding of CISCE curriculum, evaluation patterns, and activity-based learning methods.

Proficiency in written communication and ability to work within tight deadlines.
