The role:
Enablement (TED) is looking for an SME - Trainer for Request Practice with a proven learning and operational excellence track record with a bent for training & coaching. He/ she will be the primary point of contact for new employees/ existing employees for training on Request services. He/ She will be responsible for carrying out all training activities such as new hire training, cross-training, and refresher training. The Trainer will have to work closely with several teams/departments to ensure effective training governance.
Track progression and compile/ publish collected data around learning/ knowledge/ skills.
Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees in the form of refresher and continuous.
Conceptualize training materials based on the latest/ upcoming changes.
Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
Conduct PKTs every month and publish inferences based on result analysis.
Adhere to the training timeline as prescribed in the training timetable by the service line.
Create innovative training strategies, and initiatives, and create and maintain training material.
Facilitate and manage employee training and onboarding.
Conduct on-premises/ classroom/ virtual training.
Review employee performance and learnings
What we need to see from you:
Good to have Excellent/ Subject matter expertise in SaaS billing operations CSP
Proven training experience with an excellent track record
Excellent facilitation skills
Critical thinking and decision making
Ability to think out of the box/ creative bent
Must be a positive thinker and with an open mindset for feedbacks
Basic understanding of effective training methodologies and tools
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
Liaise/ Consult with other trainers, peers, different departments and wide leadership spectrum
