About the Role
As a Smeg Brand Ambassador, you will:
Promote the Smeg brand in major retail environments
Conduct engaging coffee machine demonstrations
Educate customers on Smeg coffee machines and housewares
Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
Build positive working relationships with retail store teams
Drive customer engagement and brand awareness
Weekend availability is essential.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for coffee and premium appliances
Previous retail or customer service experience (highly regarded)
Immaculate grooming and professional presentation
Confidence speaking to customers and demonstrating products
A reliable smartphone
An active ABN
Availability to work weekends
