Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an SMO Executive located in New Delhi at SEOAGE DIGITAL MARKETING PVT LTD. The SMO Executive will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating and implementing social media strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and engaging with followers to enhance brand presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance online presence and drive traffic to the company s website.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Design and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and relevant posting.
• Monitor and engage with users on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner to foster positive community relationships.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
• Social Media Management and Strategy skills
• Experience in analyzing social media campaign performance
• Content Marketing and Email Marketing skills
• Knowledge of SMO and digital marketing trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience with DLT-based client services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or in Marketing, Communications, or related field
