Profile - Social Media Executive/Manager
Preferred:: Female Candidate
Experience:: 2+ years
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for increasing social media followers on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest and managing all company social media accounts.
To create and manage all social media ad campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
To research and analyze social media trends to improve social media presence, campaign efficacy, and areas for social media improvement.
Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, blogs, videos, and written).
Design, create and manage promotions, and Social ad campaigns.
Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan.
Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance social media presence.
Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Coordinate and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
Manage budgets effectively and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficient in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
