Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Optimization Executive that is efficient and will provide a strong and engaging platform to promote the business of our company. One should be familiar with social media marketing networks and possess knowledge of various Internet marketing strategies, project management, photography, and strong organizational skills. One should possess adequate knowledge by engaging in SMO services to spread our business and brand across many famous social media platforms.
Responsibilities
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
Skills and Qualification
• Required excellent photography skills.
• Should have good knowledge of Premier Pro software for video creation.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Social Media /Digital Marketing.
• Create and implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) Social Media Marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate traffic and increase brand value for clients; this includes profile creation, fan page optimization, and content sharing promotion on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest YouTube.
• Actively monitor and implement Online Brand Reputation Management.
• Good to know about creating a variety of Video content for Instagram Reels.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, LinkedIn marketing, Email marketing, etc.
• Excellent written, spoken communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
• Task Related to Posting, Circulation, Trending Reels Creation, Designing, Handling Client, and Client Interaction.
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Design and implement a social media strategy and a monthly calendar to align with business goals.
• Set specific objectives and reports.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Collaborate with other teams, like content and design to ensure brand consistency.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Face book, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn timeline cover, profile pictures)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
