Job Description : SNMP Developer
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Ahmedabad
Responsibilities
• Take a leading role to implement, and redesign SNMP discovery engine, measuring and improved performance, and optimization of SNMP protocol.
• Design and perform module unit tests, simulation, performance testing, and optimization.
• Perform other tasks in the area of network programming.
• Integrate SNMP Discovery engine and other network-related modules with the nuPSYS software.
• Configure and maintain EVE and MIMIC environment and make modifications necessary to properly test the code.
• Write professional requirements, design documents, and test plans.
• Carry out performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Provide Level 3 Technical support on request by the client.
Qualifications
• Expert knowledge of all versions of SNMP protocol.
• Detailed knowledge of networking protocols, multi vendors’ adaption of SNMP protocol (mostly Cisco), network devices, and servers.
• Knowledge of multi-vendors OID and MIB specifications with a focus on Cisco devices.
• Netconf knowledge is also very important.
• Basic CCNA skillset would be a plus.
• Strong expertise in C# and .Net Core programming in Windows and Linux environments is essential as all development is done in .Net Core
• Working knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.
• At least basic knowledge of GitLab CI/CD
• Strong knowledge of EVE and MIMIC testing environment
