Duties
Lead guided snorkeling excursions, ensuring all participants are engaged, safe, and informed about marine ecosystems
Provide clear instructions on snorkeling techniques, safety protocols, and environmental conservation practices
Monitor guest safety throughout the activity, responding promptly to any concerns or emergencies
Educate guests about local marine flora and fauna, fostering appreciation and respect for the environment
Manage group logistics efficiently, including equipment distribution, briefing sessions, and timing of excursions
Maintain all safety equipment and ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times
Communicate effectively with multilingual or bilingual guests to enhance their experience and understanding
Skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to connect with diverse groups of travelers
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide groups confidently
Excellent public speaking skills to deliver engaging briefings and educational talks
Outstanding customer service skills to create welcoming and memorable experiences for all guests
Effective time management to coordinate multiple excursions smoothly within scheduled times
Clear communication skills for instructing guests of varying ages and backgrounds
Teaching aptitude to educate guests about marine life while maintaining an energetic and positive tone
