Our health and human service is rapidly growing, and we are seeking candidates located in NSW at Senior Consultant level with 3-5 years of professional experience as Digital Adoption / Change Managers.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of innovative projects that are transforming the health and human services sector. You will collaborate with top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to influence change, tackle complex challenges, and directly contribute to projects that are making a real difference.

This could include:

Collaborate with clients and your project team to understand business objectives and organisational readiness

Embed yourself in the project team and gain hands on understanding of the solutions that are being delivered

Develop executable change impact assessments and business readiness plans

Design and develop change and communication plans that drive the desired change and buy-in across the stakeholder group

Design and deliver training and knowledge transfer initiatives

Provide hands-on support to the business in critical periods such as before, during and after Go Live of new digital solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including including operations & transformations, designers, architects, cyber, and clinical experts

Plan and facilitate client workshops

Work on client site to immerse yourself into the problem space and become a trusted team player

Qualifications & Experience

3-5 years of experience as Change Manager on digital transformation projects. You may have worked in a consulting or professional services firm, or you may be looking for a change from a health industry role.

A deep passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies to drive better health outcomes is a must

Experience working with healthcare organisations, including public sector, private providers, aged care and health insurance

Ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather business requirements and define solution scope

An understanding of digital technologies, such as Salesforce Health Cloud and Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and industry best practices within health and human services

Experience working across Agile and Waterfall

Experience with agile tooling such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Microsoft ADO, Miro, etc

A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience

Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible).

Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.

Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.

Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) is desirable.
