As SOC Lead, your responsibilities will include the following:
• Lead a team of SOC analysts and admins
• Drive day to day operations of cyber security operations
• design and maintain processes that are in line to the IS policy of the bank
• Guide the SOC team in incident detection and resolving
• Address requirements from internal teams with regards to SOC
• Provide continuous improvements to the security posture of the bank
• Should have good communication and presentation skills
• Handle audits internal External RBI
• Incident and Triage Management Process
• Well versed with SOC Process/SOP/Guidelines
• Evaluate new technologies for the betterment of the security posture
• Leadership, management and accountability for members of the security operations team
• Oversee the transition of customer services from the security delivery engineers to the security operations engineers
• Working knowledge of web application firewalls, load balancers and proxies
• Demonstrated experience in computer security combined with risk analysis, audit, and compliance objectives
• Experience with Web Vulnerability
