We Make Footballers is one of the UK’s leading youth soccer coaching companies, now expanding across the United States. With over 100 successful academies in the UK and 8 already launched in the US, we’re looking for passionate and ambitious individuals to help bring high-quality soccer coaching to children nationwide.
The Role:
As a Soccer Academy Manager, you will oversee and deliver engaging, high-quality soccer coaching sessions to children aged 4–12. You'll also be responsible for recruiting and managing a small team of lead and assistant coaches, coordinating weekly sessions, and ensuring an exceptional experience for players and parents alike.
