Job Title: Social Media Manager (Fashion D2C Brand)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our fashion D2C brand in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels, including content creation, community management, influencer outreach, and social media advertising. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of User Experience (UX), Communication, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Blogging, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Communications, and Social Media Optimization (SMO).

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, with a specific focus on fashion and the latest trends.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content that promotes our brand and products and generates engagement across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
• Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages, and moderating discussions.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our brand and products on social media.
• Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads, with a focus on driving traffic and sales.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive blogging strategy that showcases our products and the latest fashion trends, and drives traffic to our website.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend new initiatives and campaigns to enhance our online presence.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Knowledgeable in User Experience (UX), Communication, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Blogging, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Communications, and Social Media Optimization (SMO), specifically within the fashion industry.
• Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager or Instagram Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret social media data and metrics.
• Passionate about fashion and the latest industry trends.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
