Job Description
We now have a Social Media Account Manager role available - in our office in South Canterbury. This office-based role will require the creation and management of social media accounts for our clients. This will include developing and executing social media content calendars, creating, and sharing engaging content, optimising company pages, moderating user-generated content, and collaborating with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions. It will also require working with clients directly - and helping manage their advertising and media accounts.
You will be confident using and managing accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter etc…
You will be responsible for overseeing our client interactions with the rural community by implementing social media platforms' content strategies.
Your duties will include:
Implementing the strategy for an upcoming campaign launch
Account management
Providing strategic recommendations
Analysing engagement data
Identifying trends in customer interactions
Planning digital campaigns to build community online
Monitoring and managing multiple social accounts for various clients
Running paid advertisements
Creating videos
Designing GIF’s
