Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Ad Specialist at Monsoon Creative in Jaipur. The Social Media Ad Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media marketing campaigns, developing engaging social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring effective communication with the target audience.
Job Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve client goals (awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversions)
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns to maximize ROI
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance (creatives, copy, targeting, etc.)
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform changes, and ad formats
• Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance to clients
•Assist in creating strategy and budget planning for upcoming campaigns
