As a Paid Social & Creative Performance Specialist at Linktree, you will be responsible for driving our global paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. With a focus on creativity and data-driven performance, you will develop high-impact ad concepts and drive measurable growth through our paid social efforts.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset, adaptable to change, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will own the execution of our global paid social and creative strategies, managing the full funnel from awareness to acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Owning the development and evolution of our creative testing and optimisation strategy, driving increased conversions across diverse audiences, formats, and channels.
Crafting bespoke and compelling ad copy that resonates with varying audience segments by identifying customer pain points and leveraging data-driven insights.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance and support GTM campaigns.
Managing campaign budgets, optimising for key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, thumbstop rate, and hold rate, to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically within Paid Social (Meta & TikTok).
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices across social platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
