Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media enthusiast to join our dynamic team. The Product specialist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media and communications strategy to effectively promote our brand, engage with our audience, and drive awareness and adoption of our MedTech solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Social Media and Communications Strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience. Identify key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) and develop tailored strategies for each platform. Plan and schedule engaging content that showcases our products, highlights industry news and trends, and communicates our brand message effectively.
• Content Creation and Curation Generate original, high-quality content including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats based on industry sources, thought leaders, and user-generated content.
• Community Management: Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and promptly respond to inquiries and engage with our audience. Foster meaningful conversations and interactions with our followers, customers, and industry influencers.
• Campaign Management:
• and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote product launches, events, and special promotions. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. Generate regular reports summarizing key metrics, trends, and insights, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in life science, Biotechnology, Healthcare etc
• Freshers or 1-2 yr Experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at graphic designing and having knowledge of Canva, Adobe etc
• Immediate joining preferred
