As our Social Media & Content Creator, you will be the voice of Worry Rings across all digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our community, enhances brand awareness, and drives customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, stays ahead of trends, and is eager to contribute to a brand that makes a real difference.
Qualifications & experience
You have a strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and a proven ability to create content that aligns with trends and audience preferences.
You’re creative, with excellent visual and written storytelling skills.
You’re proactive and able to manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality content consistently.
Formal qualifications in business or creative industries
A people person - you are energised by collaborating with your colleagues
Tasks & responsibilities
Instagram Feed & Stories: Develop and post daily content that aligns with our brand aesthetic. This includes crafting captivating images, writing engaging captions, and creating interactive stories that drive engagement.
TikTok Videos: Create and post TikTok videos daily that keep up with current trends and showcase our products in innovative ways. Your content will include product demos, styling tips, and behind-the-scenes footage from our warehouse.
Email Campaigns: Assist in the creation of email campaigns, including writing copy, designing emails, and brainstorming new ways to connect with our audience.
Sales Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, ensuring our messaging is consistent across all channels and resonates with our target audience.
Assist In Sourcing And Engaging: social media influencers who align with our brand and develop and nurture strong working relationships with all talent.
Community Management: of social media groups and pages (DMs and comments from BBIC/FB/IG/TikTok/Pinterest/YouTube etc.)
