Lemon Drop Sugaring is a sugaring hair removal studio in Manhattan, Kansas. We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and organized Marketing & Client Care Coordinator to help grow and maintain our clientele. This role will focus on marketing, client engagement, and retention strategies to build our client base.
Responsibilities
Strong written communication and customer service skills.
Experience with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for creating simple graphics.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Comfortable promoting a beauty/wellness service in a friendly and professional voice.
Bonus: experience in spa/beauty industry or client retention
Marketing & Social Media
Plan and schedule consistent posts across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and TikTok (3–4 per week).
Create content using before/after images, client testimonials, service highlights, and educational posts about sugaring.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Track post performance and suggest improvements.
Client Engagement & Retention
Manage referral program and track redemptions.
Collect and share client reviews/testimonials weekly.
Encourage rebooking through gentle reminders and follow-ups.
Coordinate loyalty program and seasonal promotions.
Community Engagement
Share and promote Lemon Drop Sugaring in local groups (military spouses, moms, students, community pages).
Help brainstorm and execute small seasonal promotions (Back-to-School, Holiday, Summer Smooth, etc).
Organization & Reporting
Maintain content calendar and marketing plan.
Provide a monthly report on bookings, social engagement, and referral activity.
Suggest new strategies to increase rebookings and referrals.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 3 per week
