Responsibilities

The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will be a creative, detail-oriented and driven team player who will play a vital role in supporting marketing and creative services initiatives and elevating our social media presence

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, relationship management, and content creation

Google Ads Management including strategy, writing content, creating assets and daily review of ads progress

Search Engine Marketing Management including collaborating with Google advisors to improve campaign strategy and aligning content and backend with SEO best practices

Search Engine Optimization Management for company online sites

Assist in organizing logistics for various marketing events including attending event planning meetings, researching venue and catering options, tracking progress of tasks, managing lists and promoting on social media

Responsible for administrative tasks related to vendor onboarding, submission of invoices and managing sales team assets in Dropbox

Conduct competition research for SEO/SEM including using Google Skillshop and LinkedIn Learning for SEO/SEM improvements

Perform additional research through SEMrush and other tools

Monitor social media analytics to assess performance using Google Analytics

Attend public relations agency meetings and provide support based on initiates in the pipeline for launch

Responsible for handling requests from HQ, vendors and internal and external clients

Create and distribute monthly corporate newsletter and maintain updated screens in the various locations of the Miami campus

Collaborate with cross-functional teams as required

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, and or Social Media Management; Media industry a plus

- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
