Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to refine strategies and report on effectiveness.
Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products or services effectively.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with the online community.
Conduct proofreading of all published materials to ensure high-quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce strategies, and public relations.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management and marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Proficiency in tools such as NetSuite, Shopify, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
Strong understanding of web analytics tools and their application in measuring campaign performance.
Experience in graphic design is a plus; familiarity with branding principles is essential.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management.
Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences across various platforms.
