Linden Candle Company is a growing home fragrance brand passionate about creating high-quality, beautifully crafted products. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and social-media–savvy assistant to help us grow our online presence and connect with our audience.

Position: Part-Time, 5 -8 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Pay: $18/hr on 1099 contract for 6 months.

Location: Remote 3 weeks, on site 1 week to shoot photo/video content.

Responsibilities:

Assist with content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook

Photos/video content to use for content creation

Schedule for when to post on what platforms organized with what to post

Research trends, hashtags, and soundtracks to increase engagement

Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and promotions

Collaborate with owner to maintain consistent branding and messaging

Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (especially Instagram + TikTok)

Creative eye for photography, video, and design

Extensive knowledge of editing tools

Excellent communication and writing skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Previous experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
