What you will do:
Develop and execute a content strategy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube aligning with the brand values and growth goals Create visually stunning content (images, reels, videos, and stories) aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and ethos. Edit high-quality photos and videos of completed projects, design processes, and client testimonials. Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts to ensure a consistent and engaging presence. Analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies. Build and nurture relationships with followers, clients, and collaborators by responding to comments and messages. Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the brand's digital footprint.
What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the consumer or beauty industry. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Premiere Pro, Canva Strong visual storytelling and editing skills with an understanding of luxury branding. Experience in creating short-form videos for social media.
