Are you a creative, organised, and proactive social media lover ready to join a fast-paced marketing agency? Expose Me Marketing is on the hunt for a Social Media Assistant to join our team full-time!
We're a dynamic, full-scope marketing agency that works across dozens of industries, helping brands grow through creative and performance-driven campaigns. We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing or assisting with social media for brands.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting the Social Media Manager with content planning, creation, and scheduling
Writing engaging and on-brand captions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Helping coordinate content shoots and sourcing relevant UGC or trending content
Uploading content to scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Loomly)
Assisting in reporting and tracking post performance, engagement, and growth
Staying on top of trends and suggesting new ideas to keep our clients ahead of the curve
About You:
You have 1+ year experience in a social media or digital marketing role (agency experience = a bonus!)
You have strong writing skills and an eye for aesthetics
You’re confident working across multiple brands at once
You understand social media platforms and what makes content perform
You’re organised, reliable, and love working in a team
You’re keen to grow and learn within a supportive, high-energy team environment
