What You'll do:
Platform Management
Craft and execute strategies for Instagram Stories, Facebook, X, and Threads that align with our brand's unique identity and keep our audience engaged.
Create and schedule eye-catching content tailored to each platform, focusing on visual storytelling and meaningful community engagement.
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends, features and best practices to keep our organic reach and engagement flying high.
Keep the conversation going by actively engaging with our community across all platforms.
Content Development & Collaboration
Work closely with the Creative, Editorial, and Partnerships teams to build seamless content strategies that support both brand and partner objectives.
Exploring opportunities for revenue-impacting projects that align with our brand vibe and captivate our audience.
Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, uncover insights and generate reports to fine-tune our strategies and elevate future campaigns.
Help prepare and deliver engaging presentations and reports for internal stakeholders on content strategies and platform performance.
What We're looking for:
1-2 years of experience in a social media role, focusing on content creation and platform management for Instagram Stories, Facebook, X, and Threads.
Strong understanding of each platform's unique features and engagement strategies.
Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
Ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for developing innovative content ideas.
Enthusiasm for learning and growing.
Travel is a key part of this role. You must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.

Compensation
USA Compensation Range: $55,000-$60,000
New York City Compensation Range: $55,000-$80,000
Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
