Purpose of Position
• CASETiFY is looking for a Social Media Associate to join our UK Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Associate for the UK, you will be the on the ground team, supporting the day-to-day project management of local social media campaigns, alongside delivering the local adaptations of globally created campaigns and managing the UK channels
Job Description
• Manage and maintain all social media UK specific accounts, including the creation and curation of engaging content
• Plan and strategise content calendars and grids to ensure consistency with posting, align with global direction and lean into local UK marketing goals
• Develop strategies to increase our social media presence, engagement and growth
• Project manage local UK social media marketing campaigns from market research, and preparing campaign timelines to developing creative proposals and project report generation
• Schedule and post all content - local and global (adapting where needed)
• Update UK central marketing calendar with channel specific details, ensuring alignment with overall full channel campaigns
• Shoot in-house content to create organic brand visuals (occasionally used as paid assets) - video editing and shooting skills required
• Assist in ensuring global Co-Lab social media is posted and planned into local grid planning.
• Monitor social media analytics, amd insights, adjusting strategies to optimise performance
• Assist in data reports for local and global needs
• Assist in working with creative teams/agencies for content creation & copywriting for campaigns
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to balance both local and global brand marketing agendas.
• Handle ad-hoc reports and assigned projects.
• Stay up-to-date on social and influencer trends and provide competitive insights on how other fashion and lifestyle brands engaged in social media
Requirement
• 2+ years of related experience working in the Marketing or Social Media field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (nice to have)
• Social media obsessed: live and breathe social media, be up to date with the latest social trends and best practices, and are the first to test new features when they launch
• Experience with visual storytelling, and producing compelling and engaging social content
• Demonstrated ability in photo and video editing
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
• Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding environment
• Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
