Role Focus: Distribution, Community & Growth
Your role is not just to make content—it’s to get it seen by the right people. You’ll work on expanding the brand’s reach through performance marketing, community-building, and smart distribution across high-ROI platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with student and professional communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit, and LinkedIn
Create and manage distribution campaigns for our content (reels, career tips, webinars) across platforms
Use performance tools (Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts) to amplify high-performing content
Actively participate in Reddit threads, Quora answers, and student forums to plug relevant content
Build and nurture WhatsApp & LinkedIn communities for B2B/Tech Sales aspirants
Collaborate with design/copy team to align growth campaigns.

Know how to hustle on digital platforms (Reddit, Quora, Discord, WhatsApp, Insta)
Have worked with tools like Canva, CapCut, Notion, Meta Business Suite
Are analytical—know what’s working and double down on it
Bonus: experience with paid social ads, basic landing page tools, or automation hacks
