Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive growth
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns and brand messaging
Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and industry news to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and addressing concerns effectively
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines
Track and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative approaches and maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the cosmetics, fashion, or related industry
Expert knowledge of makeup use, applications, and industry trends
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to create visually appealing social media content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to maintain brand voice and tone
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid campaigns
Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Grin, Aspire, Google Analytics) to track and measure performance
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas for content and engagement
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and execution of social media activities
