Position- Content Creator cum social media Executive
Experience- Fresher(strong knowledge of social media pages, camera, and making reels)
Location- Gurgaon ( WFO)
Notice Period- Immediate joiner
Responsibilities:
· Design, and implement a social media strategy for all social accounts of the company (Facebook, Instagram, and other new in-trend social platforms i.e. Instagram reels and all.)
· Develop new and creative highly engaging content to grow our Instagram and Facebook audiences
· Develop strategies to increase follower base and engagement rate.
· Plan and coordinate social media content coinciding with brand engagements, tactical promotions, ad campaigns, etc. (from ideation, visual, and caption development, to engagement monitoring) and work together with the marketing and brand team
· Actively discovers in-trend social topics and generates creative and reactive content.
· Light copywriting for captions, deep knowledge of hashtag and engagement strategy
· Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
· To execute social media content planning for Internal and brand, marketing campaigns
Requirements:
· Have a passion for content creation, a social media active user
· Comfortable with producing short form content for IG (Stories, reels)
· Excellent communication skills and able to thrive within a team environment with the ability to work independently
· Flexible with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines within a short turnaround time
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
· In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics
· Immediate availability to start will be an advantage

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
