Body Contour Studio is growing – and we’re looking for a creative, reliable, and organised Social Media Content Creator & Executive Assistant to help shape our brand and support our expanding team.
This is a unique, multi-faceted hybrid role that blends creativity with executive-level clinic support. You’ll help us shine online and behind the scenes.

About the Role
As our Social Media Content Creator & Executive Assistant, you’ll lead our digital content and branding while also playing a key role in daily clinic operations. You’ll have creative freedom while working alongside a supportive, passionate team.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms.
Must be knowledgeable with podcasting
Help film or document training content for internal use or online education
Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, behind-the-scenes videos, client transformations, and educational content
Create marketing graphics and visuals (posts, stories, flyers, signage, treatment menus, etc.)
Design and manage email marketing campaigns
Develop and execute creative ideas that align with the brand’s aesthetic and values
Stay up to date with trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
Assist in campaign planning for product launches, promos, and events
Brainstorm seasonal and trend-driven marketing ideas
Establish community engagement like collaborate with influencers, respond to DMs and Moderate and engage with followers to build online community
Analytics & Reporting: Track social media and email campaign performance, Report on growth, engagement, and content performance and Recommend improvements based on data insights
Assist with photo shoot setups or brand collaborations
Executive & Clinic Support
Assist with receptionist duties: client check-ins, appointment scheduling, inbox management
Support the founder with select personal errands, scheduling, and lifestyle organisation as required
Provide admin and operational support across both clinic locations
Help coordinate training days, launches, and marketing events
Be available to travel to events, conferences, or between clinics as needed
Support the founder and team with day-to-day business tasks
Maintain and update clinic documentation (treatment menus, consent forms, client info packs)
Develop SOP and other clinic documentation
Assist with stock ordering, inventory checks, or liaising with suppliers
Help manage bookings or troubleshoot any tech issues
Supporting the founder closely, assist with personal and business admin and calendar and assist the founder with other tasks as required.
Be available for occasional weekend or after-hours content (e.g. events, last-minute reels)
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
Have experience in content creation (especially in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics space)
Are confident using video/photo editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, Lightroom, etc.)
Must know how to do podcasting and video tools
Have strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Understand branding, tone, and storytelling
Are organised, self-motivated, and love bringing ideas to life
Are comfortable assisting with receptionist/admin tasks in a fast-paced environment
Have a positive, can-do attitude and are happy to travel occasionally especially for conferences and etc.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with email marketing platforms
Knowledge of paid ads, SEO and analytics
Photography or videography skills (plus your own gear!)
Interest in skin, body, and cosmetic injectables
