Social Media Management

• Handle and grow company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,YouTube, etc.).

• Develop and execute content calendars, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize strategies.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.

Content Creation & Video Editing

• Create high-quality posts, reels, and short-form videos for social media.

• Edit and enhance videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.

• Work with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) to create visually appealing content.

• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and descriptions to maximize engagement.

Influencer & Brand Collaborations

• Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.

• Negotiate collaborations, track campaign performance, and manage influencer partnerships.

Skills:

• Experience: 0-1 years in social media management, Video Editing, content creation, and influencer marketing.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.

• Hands-on experience with video editing and post-production.

• Creativity in content creation, storytelling, and brand messaging.
