Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator & Manager who can bring our brand to life online. From ideating content to appearing in videos, from trend research to strategic planning, you’ll wear many hats and help shape Gajmoti’s digital presence across Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management
- Create high-quality Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Posts for social platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and post content as per the brand’s weekly content calendar.
- Do photo & video shoots (products, styling, storytelling).
- Appear in videos as a narrator, hand model, or face of the brand as needed.
- Record voiceovers and provide captions/subtitles.
- Strategy & Research
- Brainstorm content ideas aligned with brand vision and campaign goals.
- Conduct competitor research and platform-specific trend analysis.
- Propose and test out new formats/styles based on insights.
- Brand Building
- Maintain consistency in tone, aesthetics, and values across platforms.
- Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and story interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and design/marketing team to align messaging.
Requirements:
- Strong content creation skills (shooting, editing, storytelling).
- Confident on-camera presence and good voice modulation for voiceovers.
- Experience in editing tools (Canva, Cap Cut, In Shot, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Understanding Instagram algorithms, trends, and formats.
- Ability to work independently with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in fashion/lifestyle/jewelry brands is a big plus.
Nice-to-Have:
- Basic product photography skills.
- Familiarity with influence-style content.
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, and design trends.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for shoots (optional).
