About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, camera-friendly creator to lead our street interview content across TikTok and Instagram for our upcoming launch in June. Your role is to get out into the real world, spark conversations with everyday Australians, and create punchy, relatable interview content that speaks directly to our audience’s biggest property-related questions.
Think: “What does $1.2 million buy you in Sydney?” meets “How screwed are young people in the property market?”
This content will serve as the cornerstone of our organic social presence - engaging, authentic, and high-yield.
What You’ll Be Doing
Hosting street interviews with at least 3–5 people per filming session, using 4 core questions for consistency and scalability (e.g. https://www.tiktok.com/@coposit_street)
Shooting content 2-3 times a month
Collaborating closely with our marketing team/editor to ensure quality and consistency
Creating content that feels employee-led and deeply relatable
Joining open home inspections with the team (occasional)
Attending strategy meetings with our team
Who We’re Looking For
Women, aged 21–27
Australian-based, ideally Sydney but open to Melbourne
Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking to strangers
Naturally curious about finance, property, and first-home buying
Someone who can bring both personality and structure to a social content series
Bonus: Any previous experience leading series-based or interview-style video content
