Social Media Content Intern - (Bangalore)
Location: Bangalore (Jayanagar, Koramangala, HSR, Brookefield)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual who loves social media and content creation. This role involves visiting our stores and creating engaging, high-quality Instagram content.
What you will do
Visit Merwans stores across 4 locations, covering one store per day (4 days a week)
Shoot reels and photos based on given references, and also find references on your own when needed
Capture aesthetic, drool-worthy food content that makes people want to try our products
Create content that highlights the store vibe, products and overall brand feel
Edit basic photos/videos using mobile apps
Stay updated with Instagram trends and apply them creatively
Interact with customers or team members when needed to feature them in content
Occasionally, be comfortable appearing on camera, if required.
What We Are Looking For
Someone who genuinely enjoys creating content for Instagram
Strong sense of aesthetics and food presentation
Good understanding of reels, trends, and viral formats
Basic iPhone photography and video skills
Knows simple editing (Edits by Instagram, InShot, VN, CapCut, etc.)
Confident in communicating with people
Ability to understand and adapt to a brand’s tone and style
Reliable and comfortable travelling between store locations
Ability to shoot and edit quickly
Bonus (Good to Have)
Prior experience in content creation
Interest in food, bakery or lifestyle content
