About the Team & Office
Based in our Sydney or Melbourne office, you’ll join the LiSTNR Digital & Community team, working closely with the LiSTNR Community Engagement Manager. This team sits at the heart of our podcast and digital ecosystem - bringing shows, talent and audiences together through compelling, social‑first storytelling.

From breakout podcasts to tent‑pole shows, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of brands, collaborating with producers, hosts and marketers to grow highly engaged and monetisable Australian audiences.

A day in the life?
As a Social Media Content Producer, you’ll be responsible for creating, producing and managing standout digital and social content for selected LiSTNR podcasts, shows, apps and platforms.

You’ll turn moments into magic - transforming audio and video into scroll‑stopping, able content that drives engagement, reach and revenue, while always ensuring content meets SCA’s editorial, risk and compliance standards.

In this role, you will:
Create and schedule dynamic social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to amplify the show’s reach.
Collaborate closely with hosts and producers to capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments and trending topics.
Analyse performance and engagement metrics to refine strategies and maximise audience growth.
Manage content workflows end‑to‑end, ensuring deadlines, quality and compliance standards are met.
Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that keep the brand at the forefront of social media.
What You’ll Need
3+ years creating social content for platforms like YouTube and socials
Strong production skills and knowledge of best‑practice techniques
Ability to write, produce, edit and post audio‑visual content for digital channels
Skilled in industry tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (or similar)
Experience with Photoshop, Canva, HTML and CMS platforms
